Self mastery is the key. You don't have to work after 5. It's always optional.
Very flexible! My schedule is to report from 8am to 5pm, but I tend to not be consistent with that schedule because I have class. So, sometimes I clock in later than 8am, and sometimes I clock out after 5pm.
