For me is not, first is for now there's no promotion ahead. To fulfil career aspirations, diba if you know that person is need some improvement, that's your focus. I know to my selves i need some trainings but for now there's no scheduled training. I already asked but no budget daw. then seeing some of your teammates is attending training. There's a little growing bec of the different to my past company but not that big.
