I think I am satisfied in a way that all things given to me, although can have quite the process, are something based of my skills. So I kind of have the edge or talent to deal with such task/s. Which are of course tasks given to me in the first place because I have the capability to do so. So what I do is deal with communicating to applicants, scheduling their initial interviews, interviewing per se, and redirecting them to the hiring managers. On the other end of my role, I deal with linkedin postings where I create holiday Key Visuals or KVs, event posters and other collaterals that is needed.

I am satisfied with the tasks assigned to me and take pride in being able to deliver my work effectively. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding salary disparity. The gap appears significantly wide, and I believe this creates a sense of inequity and can be demotivating. Addressing this would not only boost morale but also reinforce a stronger sense of fairness and value within the team.
