I am satisfied with the tasks assigned to me and take pride in being able to deliver my work effectively. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding salary disparity. The gap appears significantly wide, and I believe this creates a sense of inequity and can be demotivating. Addressing this would not only boost morale but also reinforce a stronger sense of fairness and value within the team.
