Nice office environment, cold, free snacks, dress code is not strict, but Bridgetown is.. uhh.. what a weird place
Work environment is healthy, which is quite surprising for HR, but the overall professionalism is performed well. Everyone knows the weight of everyone's work, and puts an effort to do monthly leisure sessions, salo-salo and look backs to stay grounded. It was not difficult to navigate since the supervisors are easy to talk to and ask if there are questions I have in mind. Facilities are complete, they have pantries, clinic, phonebooths for individual meetings, even lactation rooms for mothers, and free snacks. For dress codes, it's not as strict as long as deemed presentable. Business/smart casual is the way to go.
The workplace environment is very nice and accommodating. I usually wear business casual or semi formal wear when I go to work. Not too strict with the dress code.
