My concerned is about the job level to our department which is in terms of Job to be done is samed but in the level is not. We all know that 2 out of 6 to us is with high job level, bec of it's HMO (they belong to executive invite), communication allowance (mine is 800 pesos monthly while others are unlimited), they have transpo allowance, and different leave benefits that which is for me is unfair. second is Iam from Bulacan, I travel 2 and half hours going to tera. I take the offer bec of the offer of the permanent hybrid and with that since hybrid I do not consider the transpo. In terms of other perks, thankful for the free tickets to premier night cinemas and free tickets to the concert samed with the nth times lootbags.

I hope we get to have a free dependent for health insurance also, targets are too high, and a lot of instances that it beyond our control that's why we cannot hit our targets like stock issues, logistic concerns etc, in which the management should actually give consideration and recompute target and incentives.
