Hours at the office is alright
URC in general has a hybrid set up, but for our team specifically, we only go onsite if there are meetings or important events. As a recent graduate, it was easy to ask for permission to do things wfh due to other schedule conflicts with school and graduation preparations. We get assigned projects and tasks that are manageable to do at home. It is quite flexible and easy to communicate if need be.
Workload is manageable/flexible, and they are very lenient.
No problem to the working arrangement even it's almost work on site. Just update your boss if you need to wfh bec of some errands.
