As an intern in my current department, there is no opportunity to move up the ranks or be absorbed into a permanent role. However, that's completely fine with me. The experience and learning opportunities that WTW has provided are already valuable and rewarding. Additionally, having WTW on my resume will be a great advantage for my future career.

In my knowledge, one way to move up the ranks in this role is to take actuarial exams. Fortunately, the company provides opportunities to support/aid on this by sponsoring exam fees and granting study leaves to employees.
