The workplace culture within the HRS Delivery Team is very positive and supportive. There is a clear structure and hierarchy, but everyone is approachable, respectful, and willing to help. As an intern, I always felt comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance, which made learning and adapting to the team much easier. What stood out to me most was how friendly, supportive, and welcoming everyone was. Teamwork and collaboration are highly encouraged, and colleagues genuinely support one another to achieve common goals. Beyond work, people are easy to talk to and create an inclusive environment where interns feel valued and part of the team. Overall, I have nothing but praise for the HRS Delivery Team, as they made my internship experience both enjoyable and rewarding.
