I am very satisfied with the tasks I was given throughout my internship. The team ensured that my workload remained manageable and appropriate for an intern, which made the experience both productive and enjoyable. When I first joined, there was a significant influx of claims to review, and while it felt overwhelming during the first couple of months, the team was very supportive and stepped in to help whenever needed, making the workload much more manageable. I also appreciated that they were mindful of my learning and development, ensuring that my tasks did not become too repetitive. They provided opportunities to assist with tasks from other teams, which allowed me to broaden my knowledge, develop new skills, and gain a more well-rounded understanding of HR operations.

In my perspective, the tasks given to me so far are all fair and helpful as a new hire. Though they are still simple, considering that I have only started in this role, they contribute to familiarizing myself and preparing my skills for the job.
