The physical work environment is rewarding, literally, because the team I worked with was very generous with snacks! Beyond that, the office itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially appreciate that WTW provides ergonomic chairs, desks, and monitors for employees to use during RTO days, which makes working onsite much more convenient. The facilities are good overall, although I found the comfort rooms to be a bit smaller compared to those in other companies I've experienced. As for the location, it's in BGC, so you can already imagine the environment. It's a vibrant and professional business district, but it also means you need to be prepared for the higher cost of transportation, food, and other daily expenses. Overall, I had a positive experience with the office setup and work environment, and it reflects WTW's effort to provide a comfortable workplace for its employees and interns.
