I would rate my employer's commitment to sustainability positively. The office encourages proper waste segregation by providing separate bins for recyclable, non-recyclable, and biodegradable waste. I also appreciated the welcome kit provided by the Recruitment Team, which included reusable items such as a metal straw, notebook, and water bottle, promoting more sustainable daily habits. Additionally, each floor has a pantry where employees can refill their water and enjoy coffee, reducing the need for single-use plastic bottles and cups. Mugs are also available for those who forget to bring their own. These initiatives may seem simple, but they reflect the company's efforts to promote environmental responsibility and sustainable practices in the workplace.
