I was required to render 8 hours per day for 5 working days a week (Monday to Friday). I was fortunate to experience a twice-a-week RTO setup for one month in May due to the increase in gas prices. After that, the requirement was adjusted to once a week, which meant reporting to the office only about four times a month. This setup was very helpful, and I truly appreciate how considerate WTW is of its employees. The flexibility provided helped reduce commuting expenses and made it easier to maintain a good work-life balance while still gaining valuable onsite experience.

Very flexible only 4 days a month of RTO.
Since we are in a hybrid set-up and are required to work onsite only 4 times a month, I can manage my time better and allot more of it in working on my tasks.
