So far in my experience, I can say that my manager is a good mentor as he is always accessible and attentive to my queries and concerns. In my first week, he gave me introductions and orientations about everything I should know and expect in my new role which I think are all really helpful to me.
They are always guiding me through asking me for my progress, as well as they make sure that I am well communicated with the team.
They really push you to be better. They make good comments and keep track of your progress. Overall, it is a great experience. I hope I can learn more from them.
