Poor leadership, no direction for new employees. , High turnover. When I started the department had a constant turnover of engineers and techs due to incompetent Managers. Employees that should be mentoring the new employees in that dept weaponizes their knowledge & experience to protect their own jobs. Company too large, needs more corporate regulation in place at Minnesota sites especially Minnetonka, MN and St.Paul locations.
Slow to change.
