Role (duties) always changing. Lots of Mgt changes.
Great benefits, but leadership and focus need improvement. Unable to show incremental revenue in Gen AI adoption. Poor senior leadership in DX org.
I have never worked anywhere that cared less about the humanity of its employees. Everyone is paranoid and gatekeeps information so they feel job security but then lashes out when you don't know enough to help them. This company needs to change everything if it wants to survive.
