Challenging environment, great people
Highly collaborative firm with exceptional people, strong culture, and real investment in its employees I work in Corporate Services, and have found that AlixPartners is a truly professional and collaborative environment where you get to work alongside highly competent, motivated people who care about doing things the right way. Teamwork is a real strength—both within teams and cross‑functionally—and I’ve been able to build strong, meaningful relationships across the firm. The firm makes a clear and consistent investment in its people through staff development, learning opportunities, ERG groups, and thoughtful office culture and activities that help create a sense of belonging.
