Relaxed work environment due to stressful projects. Cool projects to be a part of. Work/life balance depends on the projects and the person’s own initiative and drive. It’s construction though, it’s always “whatever it takes!”
The only minor challenge was adjusting to the fast-paced nature of the fieldwork, but it ultimately helped me develop time-management and problem-solving skills.
