Not necessarily a con but this is a high-commitment work environment where people really are expected to give 100% day in and day out. The pace of change in focus and priorities is high so people need to be somewhat flexible and willing to pivot in what they are working on.
High pressure, lack of a learning culture
Fantastic Team Everyone I work with is extremely competent and learns with grace even when doing something outside of their skillset. Ocassional long hours (maybe one week a month) and hybrid isnt for everyone. Calls can sometimes be at weird times as well due to team members being around the globe.
