Internal system is very behind. Company as a whole is very dated. All of management are friends in real life.

ED manager, charge nurses and educator are rude and disrespectful to staff. We can't keep alot of nurses cuz they run them off with their abrasive attitudes. I learned alot from our travelers during COVID. Management was so rude to them, It stressful as they have alot of broken equipment. I left becuase they were behind on pay checks so be careful they also don't pay the sign on bonus.

Upper management doesn't always communicate the plan in a timely fashion.

Relies heavily on frontline employees taking on excessive workloads to compensate for chronic operational and staffing deficiencies. Leadership is below subpar. Policies and standards are not consistently applied by leadership. It is hard to trust leadership due to lack of clarity and transparency. Low PTO accrual rate compared to most hospitals. Low matching contribution compared to most hospitals. Very outdated charting system. Corporate like environment instead of patient focused environment. “Do more with less.”
