AMAZING Company - Tough WLB. Terrible work/life balance. Disconnect between US and UK offices (i.e. London teams do things without US teams being informed). Execs a bit out of touch with mid-lower management, growing pains (small company trying to act like big company without the appropriate number of staff), take-home pay is low for anyone who is not an underwriter or upper management.
Work from home, flexible, good people.
3 day a week in office.
