Supportive BD team & direct supervisors Really supportive BD team and great direct managers. There have been some internal changes in the Carolinas, but overall they’ve been handled well and with good transparency, and the outcomes have been positive for both the company and the people it serves. Priorities have shifted as things evolve, which can be frustrating at times, but I’ve kept an open mind through the changes. Communication and clarity have generally been good during this transition period.

- Lack of communication/ check ins with immediate project managers to production - Still a Civil heavy firm - could diversify more to accommodate all aspects of firm in both training and practice
