-Most task leads and technical management are/were great at their jobs and competent. -Internal/corporate core is especially targeted because they are not client-revenue driven so always a constant justification of “worth” with very little support to do the work of several people. -Lack of transparency with many leaders (VP and partners) to delivery teams on impacts and changes in corporate culture. -Digital dispatches from CEO office delivered via email feel distant and out of touch with most client-facing staff.
Recent lay off instability is scary.
All work is typically government, which has proven to be very volatile under the current administration.
