CEO is from the west coast and his style doesn't fit well at times in CNY.
Will pressure you to promote their new culture video on socials but then will turn around and fire the entire HR department the next week in order to “reduce overhead”. Will complain about the amount of write offs done within a year but won’t actually take steps to hold project managers accountable for the write offs but tells lower staff they need to do overtime to make up for the lack in profit.
