Extremely poor leadership. The absolute worst leadership i’ve ever witnessed. Turn over rate is crazy, managers don’t care. multiple HR reports have been made by numerous people and they still do not care. They only care about how they look, not how employees are treated. Work life balance is terrible as well, expect to work 20 hour shifts and come in on weekends against your will and get written up for it if you don’t comply.
Low pay and serious lack of management.
Rarely get 40hrs , lose your lift license for any little thing. Supervisors do not know what is going on and favoritism is rampant.
-Management has had a history of poor communication that affects the entire site. It has been improving but it still needs work.
