They have decent medical leave for when the place makes you have a mental health breakdown. Low pay Slow promotions Micromanagement Increasingly tight adherence standards Management is uninspired from the top down. Small annual cost of living raises that feel like an insult especially in this environment.
Wealth Advisors at Schwab are taken care of. Our growth over the last 2 years has been exponential and I have felt it in my compensation and annual bonuses.
Decent pay and perks, nice office, tuition reimbursement, PTO and personal development time, will pay for licenses.
Great manager and benefits, but challenging advancement. Good benefits my manager is great.
