Everyone is generally very supportive of one another and there are plenty of ways to get involved if you want to do more for either your discipline or your office (or you can not; definitely not required).
The best part about Coffman is the leadership. From the CEO to Discipline Managers, there is a genuine feeling that people care about each other. During my interview, I the CEO happened to be in the office. I heard him say "healthy things grow" so we want to make sure we take care of people. It is nice to work for a company that strives to do the right thing. The projects were diversified which allows young engineers to be exposed to different designs. There are a lot of opportunities to succeed.
