Extremely short staffed and management would rather hire J1s and temp employees than have to pay benefits and not retrain staff every 3 months
Fast-paced environment with variable management quality. Management has a high turnover and can either be great or not, entirely depends.
• Wasted two and a half hours of my morning • Got to enjoy downtown San Diego traffic for nothing • Learned exactly how little they value people’s time • Confirmed that their reputation for terrible management is 100% accurate. Showed up 30 minutes early for a confirmed interview and the office was completely empty. Nobody was there. When staff finally arrived at 10 AM, they told me I could wait two and a half hours like my time was worthless. Zero communication and zero respect for candidates. If this is how they treat people before you even work there, I can’t imagine how bad it is once you’re an employee. Hard pass.
