Incredibly slow to make decisions or change. Slow growth too. Want sales but they don’t want to fund platforms to generate sales?!? Seems toxic in layers above and our group had a channel head that was an absolute wrecking ball and the execs seemed to like him?!? 5 people left bc of him! That’s 15% of the group.
