Good benefits but a toxic atmosphere due to layoffs. Good benefits, okay pay, great co workers.
The insurance benefits are the best I have every had pricewise. They have a great maternal and paternal leave policy. Lack of pay transparency coupled with the fact that there have been personnel cuts every year since I have hired on. Also, the bonuses are not anything to write home about (about the equivalent of a normal paycheck).
