Once I'm internalised at my client placement, I have the opportunity to be promoted to a senior consultant.
FDM does not generally have promotion opportunities for graduates. Once they have been placed on site, your pay will increase on a yearly basis. While on site, you will generally hold the same role you had been placed into for the duration of your contract, and any movement within the company you are placed at is not reflected in your title or pay on behalf of FDM
