Not a lot of up-to-date SOPs. Processes continually change as the business needs change...policy updates are needed to help new employee get adapted to the work, and complete tasks without having to struggle blindly.
Management doesn't always seem to value the lower-level employees. Morale suffers due to this. Disparity in pay from top to bottom is very high.
