Poor management and processes The management is atrocious. They consistently put the unqualified and idiotic in charge. They have somepeople on the floor who see problems and find solutions, but the people high enough to implement them don't listen or disregard them. In addition, they are plagued with low quality employees that have been allowed to do or not do whatever they wish. There has been zero repercussions for simply not doing any work, or worse, doing their work in such a way as to damage systems in place/productivity both from negligence and malice.

Poor leadership on all levels. A bunch of talk about quality and the customer but are happy pushing out inferior product and dealing with it later, but then blame all the workers (via no quarterly bonus due to impossible metrics they have little/ no control over) instead of correcting the workers responsible. They are SO CHEAP. Cheap in pay, cheap in providing what employees need in a timely manner or if ever, cheap in benefits, cheap all the way around. They want drones, not humans. Very high turnover rate. A lot of promises and little follow up. If you sign up for the annual company picnic and cant make it, they take money directly out of your check for each person signed up to go. Poor training. Reactive, not proactive.

Everybody is fake. You know the big company corporate types that will put on a fake smile and lie directly to your face. If you want to be forgotten at your company and experience no career growth regardles how much work you put in, this is the place for you. Hey, you never know, if you work really hard they might throw you a pizza party.

"HR" will tell you it's "occasional",it's not, The management seems to get worse every year.
