There are a lot of opportunities for someone looking to gain a new skill or try their hand at something fun and different, there are some amazing folks in every office and at all levels, just genuine, down-to-earth, super smart but also kind women and men. Their workplace culture is either really great, or really fake and performative, depending on how many months/years you've worked there. While there are really great, smart ppl there focused on making a difference for the better, there are far too many yes men who continue to enable the neverending push to do more with less People have ongoing discussions there about which team there is the MOST burnt out.
