- Work place politics can be a concern - Favoritism over merit for advancement - Bad management
Great people but poorly managed company Majority of employees are amazing people Learning what goes into a poorly run company. You will never actually be able to implement the improvement though so the opportunity is more theoretical thinking. If you want to move into a higher position you’ll learn to be on your knees and how to develop lockjaw. The worst run company you’ll hopefully ever have to suffer in.
Management does not care about their people. They are so far removed from what’s going on on the floor and too focused on passing the buck to someone else for their screw ups. People are placed in positions they should not be in simply because they know someone or they kiss up to someone.
- They do not fire people - Pay bands under national average, only recently reevaluated pay bands - Some management issues, most managers and everyone above managers are very out of touch - The "culture" is a joke
