It's very easy to work a lot. You get to juggle many roles and projects, and for the most part they're interesting and meaningful, but I found that its easy to sink in a lot of time into work. Because the two major offices are on either coast, meetings can happen at inconvenient times. Timelines are generally less conservative and more optimistic, and goals can sometimes shift dramatically forward or backwards. That can put a lot of pressure very quickly to get things done, or suddenly find that the project you're contributing to has been descoped and moved back.
