You will sweat though - expect hard work and high expectations. I had opportunities to move around to different clients if I wanted within reason and if timing made sense (fair enough) and frankly never had issues with taking time off for vacation, medical appointments, weddings, pet emergencies, etc. either, so there's definitely reasonable flexibility and that was appreciated. Some clients really were up to using the 'big creative ideas' PR agencies are often tasked with brainstorming, only to often go absolutely nowhere.
Plus the mandatory RTO is ridiculous.
