I would say working at ING already gives me an advantage in finding the next internships for me to work on.
We have the Graduate Trainee Program, where it gives Graduating Students like me a chance to accelerate my Career Progression.
I am not yet fully familiar with how promotions or career progression work within the company, especially since I am currently the only intern in my department. However, I see strong potential for future opportunities after completing my internship. I have also heard that former interns may have a better chance of being accepted into the company’s Graduate Trainee Program, which provides additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
