Everyone in the company is treated with respect and kindness. Although the organizational hierarchy is recognized, it is not imposed or used to create distance among employees. Respect for senior leaders comes naturally because employees see their dedication, professionalism, and the amount of work they contribute. Seeing how much effort and dedication they put into their work inspires us to do the same and give our best.
I interact with my peers a lot, and eat together, culture feels very "homey" and casual, I am not afraid to speak my thoughts or give out my ideas.
