ING Hubs Philippines started in 2013. Their culture has always been built about empowering our employees in both life and work.
The employers are well accommodating and considerate of any mental or physical disabilities
They give everyone the opportunity to improve and show their skills, in their work. No bias, as they focus more on what value can you provide, rather than anything else.
From what I have observed, the company places a strong emphasis on gender equality and equal opportunities in the workplace. There appears to be a conscious effort to maintain balanced representation between male and female employees and to make sure that everyone is treated fairly. In recruitment and day-to-day work, I have not seen gender, race, or background become a basis for how people are selected, treated, or given opportunities. Employees from different backgrounds are respected and included, which shows that the company genuinely values diversity, fairness, and inclusion.
We have dedicated channels where you can apply for a promotion or to switch roles, I see some activities such as Pride/LGBT activities which celebrate inclusion, there are some extra-curriculars like sports/gaming which feels like even your hobbies have a place in the company.
