They are very communicative and not a hint of intimidation. They create an environment where you can speak up and get feedback, while giving us tips on how we can improve.
My managers are very approachable and accessible whenever I need guidance or have questions. They make me feel welcome and valued, even as an intern, and they are always willing to explain tasks, provide feedback, and help me improve. They also give me enough freedom to learn independently while still being available when I need support. They have been good mentors because they do not only focus on helping me grow professionally, but also encourage me to become more confident, responsible, and open to learning.
My manager is very easy to talk to and accommodating, I can easily approach here if I have issues regarding my project, communication or if I need to take a leave. She gives feedback pretty well, constructive and is always willing to help the team when things go wrong.
