Toxic environment with broken promises on bonuses There aren't any left. The flexibility, culture and end of season bonus that used to be appealing, were made impossible this season. Toxic work environment, management are mentally on vacation, not coaching and developing their experts as they should, and the lead team was exploited to the fullest extent possible and then they had the audacity to cut bonuses for over 2500 people for fabricated reasons.
