Kelly is a very hands off company, which may be a Pro in some people’s case. There is nothing pretty much zero contact with them once you’re hired.
Supportive team but first day lacked preparation. My experience with Kelly so far has been great. My recruiter and onboarding team were very communicative, kind, and upbeat. The HR lead Helen at my assignment is very informative and nice. First day was a little rough. Lack of preparation on the assignment side.
