Management like to make things up if they don't like you.
Work load is intense. 60 hour work weeks are not uncommon. Upper management is more focused on the procedure and not the end result. Quality is more focused on following procedures as opposed to doing the job efficiently and getting the work done well.
Great company but the wrong manager can definitely make the job unpleasant.
