Good company, but corporate changes can be challenging. Corporate environment; lots of changes.
Since the new CEO took over the company culture has changed for the worst. I was so sad to see such an amazing company change from one that community and employees loved to that of just another profit focused company that has no care for anything but numbers.
Some managers are strict and managers can have different policies, so the department you are in really does matter.
