Nepotism at its finest! Don't plan on getting hired on the Commercial Business Insurance team unless you are a male relative or a friend who went to school in the affluent San Diego area. None of the top Agents ever spends time in the office, and ironically, they are the only ones who get offices. Extra special treatment if you are friends with the Sales manager or a great golfer. Account Managers are overwhelmed and don't come into the office, so unless you are a top player, count them out as well.
