Toxic culture with bullying and favoritism issues. It’s ghetto. Talked about and my name dragged out of jealousy from a few people because they can’t stand to see you do good. Favoritism is showed to certain people. Everyone fakes like they are cool and will turn right around and gossip about you like a snake when they don’t even know the real reason why you sing talk to anyone. This job is unprofessional in every way.
