Helpful resources, but pay and ratios are poor Ratios are horrible. Parking for employees sucks. Pay is horrible. They don’t offer weekend pay (unless you work days) their night differential is the lowest in the valley. They don’t pay their float pool nurses like other hospitals do.
Decent pay, but ongoing layoffs are concerning I am paid above the average salary for this position due to a layoff that froze my pay.
