Compensation for roles has been reduced across the board. Company continues to tinker with benefits - eliminating 401k match with cash with common stock, pausing/unpausing match… it comes across as stingy.
Great tech and pay, but not a place to retire from anymore. Great tech coming in from acquisitions, wide corporate support systems and sales channels. Competitive compensation. Great customer story - work that matters.
