Steady job with not much room for advancement. once you get ‘promoted’ to tier 2 there’s really nothing to move on to, team leads have been there for years so you’d probably never get that role. I would recommend staying here for a while and attempting to find different roles within the company, otherwise use the experience here and find someone who will be willing to put you into a different roles with more opportunities for growth.
